How to dry blend Novelgro TERRA with UREA ?
How to dry blend Novelgro TERRA with UREA ?
Blending can be done using cement mixer or any other tumbling equipment.
Blend the base fertilizer quantity with adequate amount of Novelgro TERRA for a given land size. Which is 400 sqm for one sachet. Or 400 cc for one hectare. (10 sachets per acre or 5.5 fl oz per acre).
For example:
- for maize planting, the base fertilizer to be applied is 150 lbs per acre.
- The Novelgro TERRA requirement for one acre is 5.5 fl oz (10 sachets).
- So we dry blend 5.5 fl oz (10 sachets) Novelgro Terra with 150 lbs urea as base fertilizer.
As rules of thumb, dry blending 2 ml Novelgro TERRA into 1000 grams Urea (2 ml : 1000 g) is possible without causing caking effect. However, finding the best flowable and effective dry blending ratio is recomended.
The blended urea can be applied as usually done.
