What is Novelgro TERRA?

Novelgro TERRA is a soil revitalization substance to regain soil fertility which has been lost or reduced due to erosion, excessive cultivation, acidic rain and long term excessive application of chemical fertilizer.

With healthy soil environment, it will naturally promote better plant growth, resistances against pests and disease, soil poisoning and other environmental stress. And therefore the yield can be expected to increase.

How Novelgro TERRA work?

Novelgro TERRA will increase soil electrolyte capacity and soil organic carbon in the form of humic acids and fulvic acids that make humus.

Those acids are acting as a bridge to deliver nutrients from fertilizer to roots of the plant via ion exchange mechanism.

Those acids are also stimulating the growth of useful microbes in the soil.

In acidic soil condition, it is common phytotoxic metals such as Al and Fe is easily diluted and made available to the plant.  This will cause the plant to be poisoned by those metals.  They will reduce plant growth and yield.  Novelgro TERRA will greatly reduce the effect of this metal poisoning by binding the toxic metals by forming insoluble aggregated spheres around the toxic metals..

Application of Novelgro TERRA on Oil Palm Tree

It is recommended to apply 400-500mL of Novelgro TERRA for 1Ha of plantation twice a year.

Mix 400mL with 400L of water and then pour on to roots area of oil palm tree (+/- 3L of diluted TERRA for each tree).

The TERRA application can be done at any time during the year.  For slope land, it is recommended to apply TERRA during the dry time to avoid the TERRA runs to lower ground.

The TERRA application will not interfere with the current fertilizer application program whatsoever for the oil palm tree.  The current fertilizer program should be maintained.
